- Securing land
A project is generally carried out in two phases to ensure control of the land: firstly, the conclusion of a preliminary agreement, then the finalisation of a final deed that sets out the parameters and conditions for construction and operation over several years.
LANGA INTERNATIONAL can either take on long-term leases with real rights or purchase land.
- Network connection
Securing the most suitable connection point is a key aspect in the success of our projects.
Our teams are in constant dialogue with the local authorities to ensure the safest and most cost-effective solution for connection to the electricity grid.
- Administrative approvals
LANGA INTERNATIONAL takes care of all the administrative formalities relating to the development, construction and operation of the project, which is intended to produce electricity for a minimum period of 20 years.

Industrial consumers are actively looking at ways to reduce their environmental footprint and energy costs to meet ambitious national targets, and can secure their supply of green energy by contracting medium- or long-term PPAs.
Most of our assets are financed on a project finance basis, with a dedicated company set up for each project.
